Monday meet-up with Ms.Centsible

Okay, so I have a confession.. I love the IDEA of going "all-natural" & non-toxic on all of my skin care product/makeup/household product, etc. but where to start?!?

I know it's going to be a process, but I guess some days I get downright overwhelmed with the idea of converting all of those elements.. at the same time!

I got a chance to sit down with green-beauty enthusiast, Amber Eldridge (Ms.Centsible) & she gave me some insight on where to start, some amazing product and her vision behind per passion.  Check it out.. she's the bomb.

Tell us a little bit about yourself:

"I'm Amber! I was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. I love my husband and my pup. I'm pretty goofy. I love to sing in my car. And I'm passionate about green beauty and being able to have a beautiful life on a budget!"

What prompted you to go non-toxic and make the switch?

"I saw a video and it had all the ingredients in the product and what they were linked to; behavioral issues, infertility, cancer, allegories, skin issues. "

How long have you been working with non-toxic product & experimenting with different brands?

"Since last December 2014"

What has been the biggest, noticeable difference since making the switch?

"MY SCALP.  It used to be very dry all year round.  Switching to non-toxic shampoo has completely changed my head and all of its glory."

What’s your vision for Ms.Centsible in 5 years?

"I have no idea! Ms. Centsible is a new blog (a baby blog, if you will). So I'm taking it day by day, week by week. I guess my hope is that people everywhere know what they're putting on their body and want to make a change to safer products!"

What’s you favorite lip color? (brand/color)

"Ilia products - Blossom Lady"

What’s onyour ipod right now?

"Obviously, Taylor swift because im a girl. Elenown. & Millennial, my husbands band"

Who inspires you most?

"People who are curious and want to know how to switch. Some people don’t know what’s in all the product they use. Being able to help ladies & assist them in making the switch is what drives me."

What’s your favorite local spot for product?

"toccare! they have some of my favorite skincare and makeup brands!! "

What's one piece of advice you would give someone who is ready to make the switch?

"Switch product one at a time.. and take your time"
